Course Objectives: Acquiring of new knowledge about geochemical processes, causes and consequences of primary and secondary geochemical differentiation , as well as about the distribution of chemical elements in different rocks of the lithosphere. geochemical evolution of the Earth’s mantle and continental and oceanic crust. |

Learning Outcomes: Getting necessary skills for scientific and practical solving of various geochemical problems that may occur in different parts of the lithosphere. Increasing the capability of recognizing different geochemical reservoirs within the lithosphere, as well as the potential of interpreting geochemical processes in the geological past and anticipating further geochemical evolution of the lithosphere. |
