Course Objectives: The objective of the course is to qualify students for the application of the geophysical research methods for solving specific geophysical problems in applied geophysics, connected to the doctoral thesis. |
Learning Outcomes: Learning outcomes include acquiring the practical and theoretical knowledge necessary for the development and application of the specific geophysical methods for solving problems in applied geophysics. |
Content:
Theory teaching Selection of the specific geophysical problems, methods and application areas, connected to the student’s thesis. Testing and analysis of the applicability of different geophysical methods for the solving of specific geophysical problems. Adaptation of the existing methods and development of new methods for the solving of specific geophysical problems. Practical teaching Study research is an independent student’s research on the assigned topic. |
