Study program:
Geology (III semester -BsC) Economic Geology (V semester -BsC) Geophysics (III semester -BsC) Mining Engineering (V semester -BsC) |
Name of subject: Exploration and Exploitation Drilling |
Instructors:
Prof. Branko Gluščević |
Status: Optional |
ECTS: 5 |
Prerequisites: This study involves knowing the rock mechanics, machine elements and mining machines. |
Course Objectives: Acquiring knowledge about the technology and technology of exploration and deep drilling in general, methods and equipment for drilling. The focus is placed on core drill, that is, the sampling of the rock material and various nozzle procedures suitable for the drilling. |
Learning Outcomes: Gaining knowledge of drilling technology and technology, methods and drilling equipment. The emphasis is placed on the core testing techniques and the different nozzle procedures of the corresponding rocks in which it drills. |
