Content:
Theory teaching Importance of the mineral industry in modern societies.Ownership structure and relations in the mineral raw material complex in developed market economies and countries in transition.
nstitutional solutions in the mineral industry. Administration, government and non-governmental organizations, competencies. Review of world experiences,. Legal frameworks regulating activity in Serbia.
Law of Mining and Geological Exploration. Legislation of economic developed countries. A comparative analysis. Legislation that addresses environmental and occupational safety issues and links to mining and geological exploration laws.
Social issues, regulation on the rights and obligations of workers and employers, regulations that treat health care. Legislation of other activities that are in direct relation to mining Practical teaching Visit to the competent institutions (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management). Introduction to the issues of adoption and implementation of legislation. Preparation of an essay. |
