Name of subject: Professional Practice

Prerequisites: 6. semester
Course Objectives:
Getting acquainted with real mining facilities, their work on production and maintenance organization, protection at work and environmental protection, practical problems and methods of their solving. Training a student to work in hierarchically organized working environments.
Learning Outcomes:
Confirmation of theoretically acquired knowledge in practical, industrial conditions.
Content:

  • Getting to know the mines and other mining facilities.
  • Introduction to technological processes.
  • Getting acquainted with protection measures.
  • Getting acquainted with mining impact to the environment.
  • Introduction to the organization of work of all services, etc.
