Theory teaching Introductory lecture. Categorization of Underground Mining Machines. Impact hammer. Percussion and rotary drills, description of the operation. Theoretical basics. Power calculations, hammer drilling rate. Drilling rigs. Categorization of the excavating machines. Description and theoretical basics. Shearers. Capacity calculation. Power calculation. Calculation of the cutting force. Cutting picks. Work methods. Selection of the digging machine. Natural factors. Exploitation factors. Loading machines. Categorization. Description and mode of operation. Calculation of loading machines - capacities and cycle times. Selection of loading machines. Practical teaching Calculations of the working and return times of the piston. Calculating the power of the piston and the hammer. Calculation of speed of drilling. Choice of hammers for known working conditions. Calculation of the cutting force of the pick. Calculation of the cutting force of the cutting drum/roller. Calculation of the power of the drive. Calculation of the parameters and power of the moving device. Capacity calculation (shearer, plough, scrapper). Selection of the digging machine. Calculation of individual work activities, calculation of total cycle of loading machines. Capacity calculation. Selection of loading machines. |
