Status: Optional |
ECTS: 20 |
Prerequisites: - |
Course Objectives: The candidate should master the matter and acquire appropriate knowledge in the field research of groundwater intergranular, karst and fractures aquifers |
Learning Outcomes: Mastering the methodology of the study of intergranular, karst and fractures aquifers in different hydrogeological conditions. |
Content:
Theory teaching Within this course, the candidate will develop knowledge in the field of hydrogeology of a compact type issued formed within the tertiary basement structures as well as hydrogeology of semi-open, semi-closed and closed hydrogeological structures. Tertiary basins (mostly Neogene) occupy a large area in the Republic and represent a significant groundwater resource in the general balance sheet and the budget of strategic water reserves. The research of deep hydrogeological structures (mostly cracked) is very important from the aspect of exploitation of mineral, thermal and thermo-mineral waters, which have a large distribution in Serbia and Southeastern Europe (over 100 registered phenomena). |
