Learning and adoption of knowledge in management of projects and objects dealing with groundwater
Learning Outcomes:
Adopted theoretical knowledge and created preconditions for sustainable use and management of groundwater resources harmonized with general concept of sustainable development
Content:

Theory teaching
1.Concept and definition of management, 2. Historical development of management, 3. Human resources management (Personality and essential skills of managers; Human resources management), 4. Functions of management - Planning, organization, management, control (International quality standards) 5. Strategic management (Development of mission and strategy) 6. Operational management, 7. Project management (Significance and phases of project management, feasibility study and feasibility; Project scheduling - programming; Project control; Project team); 8. Environment and sustainable development (Men Environmental indicators, Indicators and consequences of non-compliance with the principles of sustainable development, Environmental legislation), 9. Water resource usage and limitations (Water decision-making factors; Management models and tools for decision-making; International and inter-regional waters , Water Law, European Water Regulations - Framework European Water Directive, Water Legislation in Serbia), 10. Sustainable Development and Groundwater (Total and available underground water resources - watercourse function limitations of the; Overuse and its consequences; Criteria for the sustainable use of groundwater; Conflicts of water use and possible conflict resolution, Climate change and water resources). 11. Fundamentals for the management of PVR (Strategic framework for PVR management, Water as social and economic category, Principles of water resources management, Transfer of authorizations - associations of water users and concessions, Significance of ongoing research and monitoring and protection of PVRs), 12. Towards the sustainable exploitation of underground water in Serbia - situation and perspectives.

Conduct of the Course:
The combination of oral exposure and PPS pre-prepared presentations. Checking the knowledge from previous material. All teaching obligations end in hours, except for additional learning for the exam. Students practice their own literary sources independently and write one professional paper on the subject.
