Course Objectives: The objective of the course is to acquaint students in addition to theoretical and practical knowledge of primary, secondary and tertiary treatment of water (standard and certain specific water treatment processes) in more detail with the lines for: processing of drinking water, industrial use, treatment of several industrial wastewater, as well as municipal wastewater and sludge. |

Learning Outcomes: Development and acquisition of new theoretical and practical knowledge to work in the field of water and environmental engineering (in the field of environmental protection, providing technological solutions for the processing of drinking water, industrial use and industrial wastewater treatment, designing lines for water treatment) as and specifically addressing the problem of water treatment related to the topic of the doctoral dissertation in the field of mining engineering. |
