Course Objectives: Acquiring theoretical knowledge in the field of process systems management and basic skills necessary for the independent selection of components, measuring and controlling parts of the monitoring and control system. |
Learning Outcomes: Introduction to basic elements that make up the measuring management system and measuring elements basic characteristics. |
Content:
Theory teaching Basic characteristics of process management. Configuration of the management system. The components of a communications system. Data acquisition. Physical principles of the sensor operation. Flow, pressure, level and temperature measuring instruments. Practical teaching Examples of instruments for measuring non-electrical quantities, found in mining applications. Measurement simulation. |
