» | Education of the engineers with master degree in regional geology for independent and quality study of the general geological structure of the Earth's crust and solving practical geological problems; |
» | developing an engineering way of thinking and training for creative and professional solving of geological problems in the field of stratigraphic, tectonic and geodynamic studies of the evolution and geological settings of the Earth's crust; |
» | Upgrading the geological knowledge of a graduate engineer of geology by applying a series of practical knowledge, research procedures and methods to a higher level of understanding of geological processes, phenomena and mechanisms of evolution of geological systems; |
» | Education of a master geological engineer qualified to solve the problem of geological structure of the area with complex characteristics, primarily lithological, stratigraphic and tectonic properties of formations with continuous improvement of up to date knowledge in the field of geological profession and science; |
» | Raising the student's ability to apply the acquired knowledge in specialist regional geological research for the needs of the economy as well as training for participation in multidisciplinary studies in the field of fundamental and applied geological disciplines; |
