PROJECT MANAGMENT BOARD

Project Management Board is composed of project coordinator (Prof. Dr. Vladica Cvetković – UB-FMG), and two team leaders: Prof. Dr. Gerhard Brey (GUF) and Dr. Robert Šajn (GeoZS). On the kick-off Project meeting (3. month) members of Project Management Board will name their substitutes.
The Project Management Board makes all executive decisions and is responsible for project integration, time and costs, potential risks, and quality management. The board generally meets twice per year, at sites previously determined and announced by the Project coordinator. The board discusses schedule performance measurements. It will also undertake tracking of actual costs against the plan (Earned Value Management). In addition, the Project management board will identify, evaluate and respond to potential risks which can appear throughout the project environment. The board prepares two annual reports and the final report.
The Project Management Board gives suggestions for accelerating the project schedule and, potentially, to induce so called ‘crashing’ the schedule of project activities. At the end of reporting periods reviews will be carried out. The review will be held in Belgrade and will verify achievements of RESTCA-TERCE-NIPMSS and suggest additional quality metrics to control results of the project.
