Palaeontological characteristics of the Quaternary in the territory of Serbia. Methods of research of Quaternary structures. Types of Quaternary deposits. The influence of climatic factors, physical and geographical conditions and tectonic movements on the diversity of Quaternary deposits in the territory of Serbia. Quaternary deposits of Serbia and surrounding areas (glacial, river, aeolian, cave ...). Lower boundary of the Quaternary in Serbia and relation to older deosits. Quaternary deposits of the Pannonian and Peri-pannonian areas. Possibilities and problems of correlation of Quaternary structures in the area of ​​the Pannonian region and river valley systems of central and southern Serbia.
