Course Objectives:
Studying of the importance and role of process planning, types of plans, planning techniques. Also, getting acquainted and mastering the techniques of organizing and managing production processes underground mining.
Learning Outcomes:
Expert trained in planning processes. Educated for efficient organization and production management in underground mining.
Content:

Theory teaching
Basic concepts of planning. Space, time, types of operations - their role and importance in the process of planning. Principles and techniques of planning. Static and dynamic plans. Deterministic and stochastic EOQ models of production planning. Principles of modern underground mining. General models of organization of technological systems. Traditional and modern approaches to the organization of production processes in mining. Organizing the process of underground mining. Relationship of management and organization of the underground mining.
